Consultations are available at Raymond Terrace. If you prefer, online consultations via skype or telephone are also available for all patients and can run from the comfort of your own home or workplace.

Initial Consultation Full Package including Live Blood Microscopy
2 hrs – $350.00 (Total Value $470.00)
Testing package included: Microscopic live blood analysis, heavy metals urine test, constitutional Iridology assessment with photos, BIA cellular body scan, urine and saliva pH, zinc status, blood pressure, blood glucose and oxygen level. These tests provide a starting point for understanding your current health status.
An Initial Consultation Full Package consultation will include a detailed health assessment, current health concerns and we will discuss your goals and review any previous pathology results. We start to investigate and understand the complexity and underlying causes of your health concerns. Physical assessments are conducted as required and provide a more complete picture of your health. Any further pathology investigations, testing or referrals are discussed and organised at this stage.
Initial Consultation Extended 1.5 hours – $195.00
Testing package included: Constitutional iridology assessment with photos taken, BIA cellular body scan, urine and saliva pH, zinc status, blood pressure. These tests provide a starting point for understanding your current health status.
This consultation will include a detailed health assessment, current health concerns and we will discuss your goals and review any previous pathology results. We start to investigate and understand the complexity and underlying causes of your health concerns. Physical assessments are conducted as required and provide a more complete picture of your health. Any further pathology investigations, testing or referrals are discussed and organised at this stage.
Initial Standard Consultation 1 hour – $125.00
Testing Package Included: Constitutional iridology assessment (no photos), urine and saliva pH test, zinc status test and blood pressure.
A 60 minute initial naturopath consultation will include a detailed health assessment, current health concerns and we will discuss your goals and review any previous pathology results. We start to investigate and understand the complexity and underlying causes of your health concerns. Physical assessments are conducted as required and provide a more complete picture of your health. Any further pathology investigations, testing or referrals are discussed and organised at this stage.
Follow-On Consultation 30 Minutes – $75.00
During this consultation we will go over how everything has been going, your naturopathic program, the successes and challenges you experienced and continue to assess progression of your health and adjustment to the treatment plan accordingly.
Follow-On Consultation 45 Minutes – $95.00
Sometimes we just need more time! An extended Follow-up consultation is 45 minutes and allows us to dive into more depth and detail about your health and wellness. Perhaps you have a completely new area that you would like to discuss or you just want to spend a little more time going over things. It may even have been a while since your last consultation. In this case, an Extended Follow-Up consultation would be best for you.
Results Consultation 1 hour – $140.00
This appointment is booked at time of Initial Consultation
The information from your initial appointment and test results is compiled and analysed, and you will be provided with a written report outlining these findings. From this consultation, you will gain a better understanding of your body, and we will discuss the underlying patterns and triggers that are contributing to your symptoms. Dietary, supplement and lifestyle recommendations will be discussed and you will be presented with your personalised treatment plan and prescription.

Appropriate tests for your condition based on the information gathered during your initial consultation may be advised.

OTHER SERVICES
Iridology
Iridology is an assessment tool used to look at the structure and patterns in the iris of the eye. The eye has a reflex connection to every tissue, organ and system in the body via the nervous system.
Each iris has its own unique pattern of fibres, the structure and colour of which is reflective of the strength of tissue integrity throughout the body.
Blood Microscopy
Live Blood Microscopy is a tool that is used to screen your blood for imbalances that may affect your red and white blood cells viability.
Nutrient deficiencies, digestive issues, liver imbalance, oxidative stress, inflammation and immune system imbalances can all impact on the quality, size and shape of your red and white blood cells.
NER
Naturopath Emotional Release (NER) is a process of assessing the subconscious through muscle testing to assess if touch, talk or imagery causes a physiological stress response in the body. This stressor is then integrated through acupuncture points and Emotional Freedom Technique points to help address your presenting symptoms, blockages and self-sabotage patterns.
Food Intolerance
An IgG reaction is sometimes referred to as a “hidden” or “delayed” food response. It may be indicated if the symptom history suggests possible involvement of food intolerances.
Testing is a great way to detect if certain foods may be causing you problems as it is very difficult to identify based on observation alone.
Hair Testing 500
This test identifies the influence that each of the 500 items have on an individual to determine which substances may not be compatible and should be avoided.
The list covers all the food groups including gluten-free and health food items, bathroom, laundry, and kitchen products, and it includes local and common brands found in Australian supermarkets.
Microbiome Test
The MetaBiome™ Test is a non-invasive test that is used to sample an individual’s gut microflora (the bacteria and other microorganisms that live in your gut) for non-diagnostic purposes.
It can help gain valuable insight into your gut health.
DNA Testing
DNA testing is a sophisticated investigative tool which identifies variations in chromosomes, genes and proteins, otherwise known as single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) through obtaining a non-invasive sample from saliva.
DNA testing offers cutting-edge tools for personalising treatment strategies. Several profiles have been developed to help address key health concerns commonly managed by practitioners, including preconception and fertility, hormones, methylation and nutrient absorption, transport and utilisation.
Heavy Metal Test
We are exposed to heavy metals every day. The air we breathe, our food supply, our drinking water, our clothing, cosmetic products used on a daily basis, all of these contribute to the toxic burden on our body.
The heavy metal load on the human body is being chronically increased in today’s world to the extent that, although not acutely toxic, will contribute to a decrease of the overall state of health and wellness of every person.
It has been stated that 90 % of all chronic and serious illnesses could be prevented if we were able to eliminate the 600 most dangerous environmental toxins.
Cellular Body Scan
Bio-impedance Analysis (BIA) is a method of assessing your body composition: the measurement of body fat in relation to lean body mass. It is an integral part of a health and nutrition assessment.
Research has shown that body composition is directly related to health. A normal balance of body fat is associated with good health and longevity. Excess fat in relation to lean body mass: altered body composition, can greatly increase your risks for cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and more.
