HAIR 500 BIO-COMPATIBILITY ANALYSIS

The hair 500 Bio-Compatibility testing is a system developed by Naturopaths in Australia with over 30 years of research, and now used in over 20 countries throughout the world.

The test is based on the way that individual foods or household items affect the body.  If the body is being affected by a substance that is biologically incompatible, the cells cannot function optimally.  This may then lead to irritation, inflammation, or an immune response and certain symptoms.

This test identifies the influence that each of the 500 items have on an individual to determine which substances may not be compatible and should be avoided.  The list covers all the food groups including gluten-free and health food items, bathroom, laundry, and kitchen products, and it includes local and common brands found in Australian supermarkets.

The test is non-invasive and uses either a small hair sample or saliva sample to identify the influence (both positive and negative) food and household items have on an individual.  This helps to determine which of these foods and household items may not be compatible with your body (and therefore should be avoided) as well as which foods should be consumed.

The test is based on the principle of feeding the body the correct foods which allow the body to repair itself.  By removing the incompatible foods, the body can then focus on repairing – and by using the compatible foods on your list as part of your diet this can enhance the process by reducing inflammation and improving cellular function which results in improved health.

Once the test has been completed, you will receive your results with a comprehensive report and six month wellness programme which tells you which items to avoid, and which items are compatible with you and so are safe to eat or use. I will guide you through the process and monitor your symptoms.
